Getting your summer body in shape doesn’t have to be daunting. Welcome to Day #1 of the Summer Body 30-Day Workout Challenge! This plan is designed with beginner-friendly workouts that you can easily perform at home. Over the next month, expect a gradual increase in intensity to build your strength and confidence.

Equipment You Need
Before diving into the workout, gather some basic equipment:
- A yoga mat
- Resistance bands (optional)
- Comfortable workout clothes
Day #1 Workout Routine
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
- March in place (1 minute)
- Arm circles (1 minute)
- Leg swings (1 minute)
- Hip circles (1 minute)
- Side bends (1 minute)
Main Workout (15 minutes)
- Bodyweight Squats (10 reps)
- Knee Push-Ups (8 reps)
- Glute Bridges (10 reps)
- Standing Calf Raises (10 reps)
- Seated Leg Lifts (10 reps per leg)
Repeat the main workout circuit twice to complete your Day #1 session.
Cool Down (5 minutes)
- Stretch your arms and legs
- Hold deep stretches for 20-30 seconds each
