Getting your summer body in shape doesn’t have to be daunting. Welcome to Day #1 of the Summer Body 30-Day Workout Challenge! This plan is designed with beginner-friendly workouts that you can easily perform at home. Over the next month, expect a gradual increase in intensity to build your strength and confidence.

Equipment You Need

Before diving into the workout, gather some basic equipment:

  • A yoga mat
  • Resistance bands (optional)
  • Comfortable workout clothes

Day #1 Workout Routine

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

  • March in place (1 minute)
  • Arm circles (1 minute)
  • Leg swings (1 minute)
  • Hip circles (1 minute)
  • Side bends (1 minute)

Main Workout (15 minutes)

  1. Bodyweight Squats (10 reps)
  2. Knee Push-Ups (8 reps)
  3. Glute Bridges (10 reps)
  4. Standing Calf Raises (10 reps)
  5. Seated Leg Lifts (10 reps per leg)

Repeat the main workout circuit twice to complete your Day #1 session.

Cool Down (5 minutes)

  • Stretch your arms and legs
  • Hold deep stretches for 20-30 seconds each
