10 Minute Weighted Arm Workout Trend for Toning Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders
Are you ready to sculpt those arms and feel the burn? In just 10 minutes, we have 10 exercises that will challenge and strengthen your muscles. Grab a set of dumbbells that push you to your limit, because this workout is all about you versus you.
First up, we have three exercises targeting the biceps. Start with a half curl, focusing on feeling the burn as you go up and down. Next, try a full bicep curl, bringing the weight all the way to your leg and back up slowly. Finish off the bicep trio with wide bicep curls to target that inner bicep and pump up those muscles.
Moving on to the shoulders, bring your weights up and down to shoulder height for a defined look. Hold one arm out as you lift with the other, or challenge yourself by using both hands for an extra burn. Switch sides and keep pushing through the burn for beautiful, toned shoulders.
For triceps, focus on using that muscle to extend your arm back for a targeted workout of those bat wings. Keep your form tight and controlled as you work through the burn.
